The Ottawa Senators’ home game Wednesday was postponed in the wake of the shootings at Canada’s Parliament, and to pay tribute to those in Ottawa on a tragic day, the Canadian national anthem was performed in Pittsburgh before the Flyers-Penguins game. ‘O Canada’ is typically only sung if a Canadian team is playing, but fans inside the Consol Energy Center joined together as two maple leaves were projected onto the ice.
