A 46-year-old man was shot in the lower torso early Saturday morning, police said.
The man was found under an SUV in the 1900 block of South Harwood Street, near South Cesar Chavez Boulevard and the Dallas Heritage Village, police said.
He was transported to Baylor University Medical Center. His condition is not available.
