Texas Gov. Rick Perry speaks at a press conference about the first confirmed U.S. case of Ebola Wednesday at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Officials announced at the press conference that the patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, had been released in error after seeking treatment at the hospital's emergency room late last week.
