FEATURED ACTION:
This Is the Moment to Lead the World on Climate Action

Send a message today!

In a speech at the UN Climate Summit in New York, President Obama called on the assembled world leaders to act, saying, "Our citizens keep marching, we cannot pretend we cannot hear them. We have to answer the call."

The president announced new actions that the US will take in confronting climate change and climate impacts at home and abroad. He laid out the shared responsibilities of all nations, and committed the United States to ambitious next steps.

Take action now to make sure that these promises become reality. Send the president 50,000 messages by midnight so he'll know America is ready to lead.

MORE ACTIONS:

Honor Buffalo Soldiers in our National Parks!
Introduced in February of last year, the Buffalo Soldiers in the National Parks Study Act (S.225/H.R. 520) authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to determine the best way of commemorating the role Buffalo Soldiers played.
Keep Dirty Fuels in the Ground
Tell President Obama to keep dirty fuels in the ground.
Let's not have another coal ash disaster
Tell your state legislators that we can't risk another Dan River disaster, and ask them to support the EPA on finalizing strong coal ash safeguards by the end of the year.
Tell Congress: Help kids and families get healthy outdoors
Urge your representative to support the Healthy Kids Outdoors Act to help states create strategies to get our kids active, healthy and outdoors.
Trade agreements should not be made behind closed doors.
If Congress thinks they can flood our communities with more fracking thanks to a secret trade agreement, we'd better flood their offices with messages!
