The development at Sylvan Avenue and Interstate 30 in West Dallas will include newly-announced tenant, Whisk Crêpes Café.
The growing corner in West Dallas currently includes a grocery store called Cox Farms Market and new apartments. Coming soon are several unnamed companies — potentially more restaurants — plus a ramen shop called Ten and a cafe called Bottega Italia.
Whisk Crêpes Café will be a fast-casual restaurant opening in early 2015, according to a press release. Crepes are thin French pancakes, and Julien Eelsen’s store will sell both sweet and savory selections.
“My hope is that Whisk’s crepes, beverages and authentic atmosphere will transport people’s imaginations to a leisurely afternoon at a Parisian sidewalk cafe,” said Eelsen, who is from Paris, in a statement.
