Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South hotel deal closes

Oxford Development Corp. has closed on the purchase of the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South hotel.

The hotel, which is located across from the South Hills Village Mall, sold for $6.1 million. Chicago-based SageCrest Liquidating Trust sold the property with the help of Pittsburgh-based HFF Inc. (NYSE: HFF), which announced the closing.
