And then there were four.
Minnesota Brand Madness favorite Target was among the brand names eliminated in Round 4, which ended at midnight Tuesday.
RESULTS: Minnesota Brand Madness Round 4
The Minneapolis-based retailer was kicked out by Red Wing Shoes, which advances to Round 5 along with Dunn Bros., Mayo Clinic and Mall of America.
Also eliminated in Round 4 was General Mills' Betty Crocker, Land O'Lakes and Lunds/Byerly's.
Round 5 voting opens at midnight here. The two surviving brands will then face off in a three-day championship for the title of Minnesota's best brand starting Oct. 27.
