A couple of businesses planned in South Louisville are delaying their openings, the Courier-Journal reports.

The report said a Hobby Lobby store that was expected to open on Dixie Highway by Christmas will not open this year. The craft store is planned at the Dixie Manor shopping center by the Dixie Dozen Theatre.

A Planet Fitness location planned nearby is also being delayed from December to January in the former Dixie Trading Post site. Marketing manager Ken Horn told the Courier-Journal that the project has faced some delays since it started.
