For state lawmakers and Atlanta planners, the conversation is no longer if driverless cars are possible, but rather how things will look when they arrive, reports WABE.

Experts say the cars could be available to the general public within the next decade, the station adds.

With that in mind, state lawmakers this week held a second committee meeting on unmanned cars, the station reports.

Officials are discussing the implications, including who would be liable if there is an accident. Manufacturer? Owner of the vehicle?
