Second Dallas health care worker tests positive for Ebola

Amber Joy Vinson, 29, was identified on Oct. 15, 2014, as the second Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas worker to test positive for Ebola after helping care for Thomas Eric Duncan, who died at the hospital. Vinson, who was among more than 70 hospital employees under observation for symptoms, traveled to Cleveland to visit family and back before developing symptoms and testing positive for the virus.
