There are a lot of great sports bars in the DFW area, but at times it can be difficult to find your favorite football game on if it’s not a Sunday. Fortunately, Dallas loves its football and there are some great bars where you can watch your game on Thursdays as well. These are some of the best sports bars in Dallas that take sports seriously and will always have the game on on a Thursday night.

Bryan Street Tavern is a great place to watch sports with friends, including Thursday night football. Its main focus is on delicious pizza and craft beer, but that just makes it an even better place to head to if you’re looking to enjoy good food and beer while watching the game. Bryan Street Tavern has live music many nights and a great patio area where you can bring your furry friends. While you’re watching your favorite game, you might want to try out the wing challenge if you’re a fan of spicy food.

The Nodding Donkey Kitchen also has regular happy hour specials as well as ladies’ night specials on Thursdays. There are plenty of TVs to watch the game as well. This is a family-friendly place, so feel free to bring the kids to cheer on your favorite team.

If you want to head to a bar that is all about sports and sports fans, Time Out Tavern is a great option. Since 1988, it has been one of the most popular sports bars in the DFW area. In fact, it’s one of the oldest sports bars in the area so it has had plenty of time to make this the best sports fan experience. Time Out Tavern boasts lots of big screens placed strategically around the bar so you can always get the best view of the game. The bar caters to a younger and somewhat more rowdy crowd, so if you’re looking for a quiet bar to watch the game, this might not be the place for you.
