If you go to this block party, be prepared to be amazed by the array of disguises, many of which are one-of-a-kind, made over the course of months. Cedar Springs bars and clubs are open during the party as well, so dip in for a drink and then back out to enjoy the color, pose for some pictures and enjoy being surrounded by thousands of the most spirited Halloween fans. There is no admission, you only need to be willing to have the time of your life.

Any “Rocky Horror” fan knows there is no comparison to seeing the “Rocky Horror Picture Show” live and in color and with plenty of interactive singing, dancing and a bit of inappropriateness. The historic Lakewood Theater will be hosting a showing of this cult classic in honor of All Hallow’s Eve. Doors open at 11 p.m. with the celebration starting just before midnight. Tickets are $11 for the show. Optional fun packs of props cost $4 a person. The movie will also be shown at the same time on November 1.
