Jason Goldman-Petri, tennis director at Oakmont Country Club, recently was invited to join the United States Tennis Association High-Performance Coaching Certification Program, a certification issued to 25 of the best coaches in the nation.
Goldman-Petri was chosen because a large number of his players obtained state or national junior rankings or were invited to join college varsity programs.
Goldman-Petri recently participated in the first part of the certification program in Atlanta, where he took part in a weeklong class with on-court learning. The certification program includes two more months of training.
