The Texas economy is booming, but not for everyone. We know Texas is a national leader in creating minimum-wage jobs. Now new data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that women's income on average in Texas—after increasing for several years—declined in 2012 compared to their male colleagues.
