Members of the Benjamin Lyon Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Good Samaritan Society-Denton Village, 2500 Hinkle Drive.
This month’s theme is Celebrating American Women. Guest speaker Peggy Carr will present “Eliza Lucas Pinckney, Indigo Planter.” There also will be a display by the National Defense Committee.
