Alice Milner, 89, long time resident of Lake Dallas, went to her heavenly home on Wed. Oct 8th, 2014, after a valiant battle with leukemia.

Born in Bay City, Texas, Dr. Milner spent the bulk of her life in the Denton area. She began teaching at TWU in 1967, later becoming the Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
