"Our hope is that nine to 12 months from now, someone walking into the building would say 'Wow, this is a completely different experience,' " says Gary Chesson, a partner with Trinity Capital, regarding his firm's plans for the uptown office tower it recently purchased.
Trinity Capital is planning renovations and perhaps some new retail at the 33-story uptown office building, which it recently purchased with DRA Advisors.
