Greg Billhartz named CFO of Maschhoff Family Foods

Greg Billhartz is now the chief financial officer of St. Louis-based Maschhoff Family Foods. Billhartz adds CFO to his other roles of executive vice president and general counsel of the company.
Billhartz joined Maschhoff Family Foods in 2013, after previously serving as a corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary of Ralcorp Holdings and assistant general counsel/assistant secretary at Arch Coal, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch wrote.
Billhartz graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Saint Louis University School of Law.
Maschhoff Family Foods is the parent company of Carlyle, Illinois-based pork production company The Maschhoffs LLC and St. Cloud, Minnesota-based GNP Co., a provider of chicken products to foodservice customers. The Maschhoffs is one of the largest privately held companies in the St. Louis region, with 2013 revenue of $802 million. Ken Maschhoff is the company's chairman.
