Basic Qualifications: Each member of a board or commission shall be a qualified voter of the City. Each member of a board or commission shall not be in arrears on any City taxes, utility service charges, or other obligations owed the City.
If you are interested in serving on a board or commission, you may fill out an application and fax it to (940) 349-8596 or mail it to the City Secretary's Office at City Hall at 215 E. McKinney, Denton, Texas 76201. All applications are retained for two years, so if a vacancy occurs on the board you are interested in, your application will be reviewed by the Council.
