Earnings and assets are trending upward at Sacramento banks, which are reporting third quarter earnings.
In many cases, bank bottom lines benefitted from not having to set money aside for potential loan losses, and several banks saw earnings increase because they could take money out of reserves for potential loan losses because of strength of their loan portfolios.
Mark Anderson covers technology, agriculture, banking and finance, venture capital, energy, mining and hospitality for the Sacramento Business Journal.
