Deible named new CFO at PJ Dick

The PJ Dick Family of Companies, which includes PJ Dick, Trumbull and Lindy Paving, is making a change in its financial leadership.

Steve Clark, the executive vice president of finance for the companies, will "semi-retire" in December, according to an announcement by the company.

Corey Deible has been named the company's chief financial officer, starting in December, as part of the transition.

Deible comes to the new post after 15 years with the companies, most recently serving as controller of Lindy Paving.

Clark will step back from his regular duties after a 33-year career in which the companies have reached $700 million in annual revenue. The three combined companies, operating under joint ownership, ranked as Pittsburgh's second-largest construction contractor.

Clark is expected to remain a member of the boards of directors.
