Last year, Dallas got down and dirty with costumes. And nowhere outshone the Cedar Springs block party. Of course, that's usually the case in this city. If you want to see Halloween in all its gory glory, you head to the gayborhood for a night of revelry. This year, with Halloween falling on a Friday, we're sure it will be bigger and better than ever. Although glancing back through last year's costumes, we're not sure it will be easy to top.
