Yudofsky Furriers to close

Yudofsky Furriers plans to close by year's end, WDRB-TV reports.
The report cites owner Joy Yudofsky in saying the store lost its lease at Holiday Manor shopping center. She said the business is still profitable and she is trying to find a buyer. The Holiday Manor store opened in 2006 but the business has had other locations.
The company's website says Yudofsky's father opened over 90 years ago and Joy Yudofsky joined the business in 1974. She said on the website that this holiday season will be her 40th "but also my last, as we will be closing the doors forever."
Between now and the end of the year the company is having a liquidation sale. Prices are reduced 40 to 60 percent in some cases, the site says.
