Good morning, Cincinnati! Here are the five most important things you need to know to help jumpstart your busy business day:

SUPCO suspends Tracie Hunter

A Hamilton County jury might have been hung on eight other felony counts, but let's face it: The one conviction was all that really mattered when it comes to Tracie Hunter's judicial career. The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered that the convicted Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge be suspended from practicing law in Ohio. Hunter was convicted on Oct. 14 on a felony count of having unlawful interest in a public contract over accusations that she used her authority to get the medical records of an inmate that her brother, a former corrections officer, was fired for punching.

County could vote today on Union Terminal partnership

Chris Wetterich reports that Hamilton County commissioners could vote today on whether to endorse a public-private partnership with the Cincinnati Museum Center to undertake the massive rehabilitation of historic Union Terminal. The partnership would make the Museum Center responsible for any cost overruns incurred in the $213 million project. It also would deliver the revenue from the 0.25 percentage point sales tax increase being voted upon in the Nov. 4 election to the Museum Center.

Dirt flies today at Mercy Anderson

Mercy Health will break ground today on a $70 million expansion and renovation of Anderson Hospital. Barrett J. Brunsman reports that the project will encompass more than 150,000 square feet and span five floors at the hospital, which is at 7500 State Road in Anderson Township. The hospital, which is the 13th largest in Greater Cincinnati based on total annual expenses of more than $182 million, has 193 beds. Here's what it will look like.
