The Bird Café in Sundance Square Plaza hosts a five-course Pairdiné and book signing with world-renowned beer expert and author Stephen Beaumont. The dinner menu is created by Chef David McMillan and paired with fine wine, spirits and craft beers specially selected by Beaumont, who will share his thoughts on style, origin and history of each brew, wine and spirit on a global level.
