$5,000 Reward Offered In Armed Robbery At Upper Darby Chickie’s & Pete’s
UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS) – The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward posted by Chickie’s & Pete’s for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the armed robbery of the restaurant last Sunday.
Around 10 a.m. Sunday morning, two armed suspects forced four employees into a walk-in freezer and made their way into an office where a manager was working. While in the office, they stole cash from the safe, two rings from the manager and her wallet.
The robbery occurred at the Chickie’s & Pete’s located at 5035 Lower Township Line Road in Delaware County.
