Carolina Panther Thomas Davis stopped by Bustin’ Loose Tuesday. Davis discusses a tough loss to the Green Bay Packers with Frank and Yarbs and acknowledges areas where improvement is necessary.
I know as a player it can be tough to come in and get on air after a loss.
“No problem, I appreciate you for having me here… We understand when we’re not playing well and we accept the criticism…”
After watching video from Sunday, what did you see that needs to be corrected?
“We saw some things on that film that are not what we do here at Carolina.”
Should Ron Rivera have stood up more for Luke Kuechly, and possibly got ejected himself?
“We know week in and week out regardless [Rivera] has our back.”
What do we have to do to beat the Seahawks?
“We have to bring our A game… They’re going to come in, they’re going to be hungry to get back in that win column like we are… It’s going to be a tough task for us, but I think we’re up for it.”
Do you feel you guys are set up to make the plays you need to make?
“No question. 100%. The coaches have a good game plan.”
