Pursuant to the Texas Natural Resources Code (TNRC), Title 3, Chapter 116, the Railroad Commission of Texas has adopted the Regulations for Compressed Natural Gas, under TAC, Title 16, Chapter 13.

The regulations for the transportation of Compressed Natural Gas include the requirements of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49.
