As a Lead Recruiter, you would...

Provide day-to-day leadership for of a team of recruiters and conduct “hands on" recruiting to effectively and efficiently hire “world class" exempt and non-exempt candidates.  Provide knowledgeable input to managers, HR Team and staff relating to recruiting initiatives, processes and procedures, while being the point person for recruiting policy interpretation and practices.  Oversee, coach, and drive recruiter metrics and provide analytics to management and the business.



Job Requirements


-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field
-Minimum 5 years or related experience.

-High volume recruiting experience a plus
-Knowledge of employment law and some miscellaneous HR laws
-Leading a team of Recruiters
-Recruiting techniques, including but not limited to proactive social media sourcing i.e. LinkedIn etc.
-Interviewing techniques with ability to summarize strengths and weaknesses of candidates for hiring managers.
-Strong understanding and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), metrics management, creation and adherence to service level agreements.
-Strong understanding of compensation plans and ability to negotiate with candidates.
-Ability to keep up to date on talent market trends and provide recommendations.
-Advanced level computer software skills. 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
